Inaugurator was all alone at the finish line, winning the Grade 2 Heritage Place Derby by a length under jockey Ricky Ramirez on Saturday, May 30 at Remington Park.

OKLAHOMA CITY – May 31, 2020 – Jockey Ricky Ramirez won the Grade 2, $232,000 Heritage Place Derby for the fourth year in a row Saturday night at Remington Park, for the fourth different trainer.

Ramirez got Inaugurator (*Heritage Place Graduate) to the wire first by a full length as the (3-1 odds) second betting favorite for trainer Monty Arrossa and owner Valeriano Racing Stables of Odessa, Texas.
