OKLAHOMA CITY, OK–NOVEMBER 1, 2025 – Hip 715 Sinsational Tacha, a stakes-winning daughter of champion Tempting Dash, was Saturday’s sale-topper in the final session of the 2025 Heritage Place Fall Mixed Sale in Oklahoma City.
Rancho El 48 LLC paid $210,000 for the full-sister to Prissy Sin Tacha, dam of champion and leading first-crop sire Dulce Sin Tacha. Lazy Ranch LLC, Agent, consigned the 11-year-old mare in foal to champion Jess Good Candy. This is the family of world champion Streakin Sin Tacha.

Shane and Brooke Snow purchased Saturday’s second high-seller, Ed Burke Million Futurity(G1) runner-up Hip #538 Aint He Tempting for $105,000. Dunn Ranch, Agent consigned the son of Tempting Dash from the Corona Cartel mare Preslee The First. Aint He Tempting is a brother to two-time Grade 2 winner Aint She Tempting. This is the family of leading sires First Down Dash and Heza Fast Dash. His first foals arrived in 2025.
Saturday’s third high-seller, Hip #512 Tres Of Dynamite, went to Twisted M Ranch for $100,000.JH Performance Horses, Agent consigned the 5-year-old daughter of leading sire Tres Seis from the First Down Dash mare Runawayheart. From the family of champions Heartswideopen, Dashing Phoebe, Bodacious Eagle, American Runaway, and Hes Relentless is a half-sister to Grade 3 winner Apollitical Dynamite.
Empressum TwoPoint O Partners was the sale’s leading buyer with the $700,000 purchase of the Apollitical Jess yearling Empressum TwoPoint O. Jorge Haddad paid $393,000 for four purchases, and Shane and Brooke Snow had seven totaling $274,000.
13 Racing LLC, Agent for Steve Holt & Jeff Jones, was the sale’s leading consignor or agent at $700,000. Lazy E Ranch LLC, Agent, sold 30 head for $646,200, and Solo Select Agent, had seven head sell for $431,000.
Apollitical Jess was the leading yearling sire (by average, two or more sold) with three for $264,500. Kiss My Hocks had five yearlings, averaging $41,400, and FDD Dynasty sold three yearlings for a $39,667 average.
Jess Good Candy was he leading covering sire (by average, two or more sold) with two in-foal mares for $120,000. Flying Cowboy 123 had two in-foal mares averaging $60,500, and Dulce Sin Tacha had three in-foal mares averaging $50,000.
